Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ci999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the ci999 online betting and casino platform accessible at ci999.cam ("the Site"). These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location.

ci999 is an English-language online betting and casino platform designed with Pakistani players in mind. The platform covers cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournament markets and T20 events — as well as football, UFC, live dealer casino games, slots, table games, esports and instant games. By accessing the Site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the ci999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

Access to the ci999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using this platform under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Personal use only: You must be registering an account for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• One account per person: You may hold only one registered account on the ci999 platform. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a politically exposed person: You must not be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or an associate of a PEP where such classification restricts platform access under applicable regulations.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement on this platform or any platform covered by the operator's responsible gambling framework.
• Local law compliance: You are responsible for verifying that your use of the ci999 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users must independently assess their obligations under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation. ci999 does not provide legal advice.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a ci999 account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must not use a false identity, use another person's personal details, or provide misleading information at any stage of the registration process. ci999 reserves the right to reject any registration or suspend any account where incomplete or inaccurate information is identified.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

All accounts are subject to KYC verification requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully activated or before withdrawal requests are processed:

• Valid government-issued photo identification — for Pakistani nationals, this is typically a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport.
• Proof of address where required (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the previous three months).
• A selfie photograph or liveness check as directed by the platform's verification system.
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML policy.

Important: Documents must be uploaded only through the operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never share identity documents via unsecured chat, email or third-party messaging applications. You must not submit altered, falsified or another person's documents. Doing so is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify ci999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ci999 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Terms of Use

Your use of the ci999 platform is permitted for personal entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge and agree to the following conditions governing your general use:

• You will use the platform only in a manner consistent with applicable law and these Terms.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data from the platform without express written permission.
• You will not interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform's systems, servers or databases.
• You will not use automated bots, scripts or other tools to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• You will not use the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• You accept that the platform operates under an overseas operator license and that no Pakistani regulatory approval is claimed or implied.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Once a bet or wager is confirmed by the platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player except where these Terms or applicable rules expressly permit. Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed in the relevant section of the platform's cashier and sportsbook interface. Limits may differ by sport, market type, player account tier, or the operator's risk assessment. ci999 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

6.3 Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void under circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned without a result; manifest pricing errors; system errors that result in clearly incorrect odds; or where the operator determines in good faith that the integrity of the market has been compromised. In such cases, the relevant stake will typically be returned to the Player's account balance.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or software fault that results in an incorrect payout, void game outcome or disrupted session, ci999 reserves the right to rectify the error. No payout arising solely from a platform malfunction or manifest error is considered valid. Stakes and winnings may be adjusted to reflect the correct outcome.

6.5 Cricket & Sports Betting Context

ci999 offers betting markets on cricket — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL T20 leagues and ICC tournaments — alongside football, UFC, esports and other sports. These references are for sporting-context purposes only. ci999 has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC, FIFA or any other governing body, team or sporting organization. Market availability varies and is not guaranteed for any specific event.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods currently available in the ci999 cashier. The platform references familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers via providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as locally familiar payment methods. These providers do not endorse, support or affiliate with ci999. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's cashier configuration and the individual provider's policies, which may change without notice.

ci999 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. You must not use payment methods that do not belong to you.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) being complete, any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses being satisfied, and the platform's fraud and AML review processes. Processing times vary by payment method, account status and operator review queues. No specific withdrawal speed is guaranteed. ci999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

7.3 Currency

Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. ci999 does not guarantee exchange rate treatment where currency conversion is involved.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ci999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specific terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any winnings associated with a bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ci999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable regulations.
• Any bonus claimed in error or through fraudulent means may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting schemes, arbitrage strategies or multi-accounting — may have their bonus eligibility revoked and accounts restricted.

All bonus figures cited on the platform — such as welcome offers or migration incentives — are illustrative examples unless a current active promotion explicitly states otherwise. Eligibility criteria and published terms govern all bonus claims.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ci999 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Using or attempting to use another person's payment method, identity document or account credentials.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of bet manipulation intended to guarantee an outcome.
• Using automated software, bots or AI tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or manifest odds errors for financial gain.
• Conducting money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML controls, or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargebacks through a payment provider after bets have been settled or funds withdrawn.
• Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, its users or its systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ci999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, odds data, user interface design, game content and trademarks — is either owned by or licensed to ci999. No part of the platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified or otherwise used without the express prior written consent of ci999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense or transfer the licence to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ci999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits due to technical errors, system failures or service interruptions.
• Financial loss arising from your decision to gamble on the platform.
• Loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during registration or KYC.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

ci999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Responsible Gambling

ci999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Set session reminders that notify you after a specified period of play.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. Contact support to activate this option immediately.

Account Suspension & Termination

ci999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or through a recognized responsible gambling program.
• A regulatory or compliance requirement that mandates account restriction.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus obligations, disputed amounts or funds under investigation may be returned to the Player via a payment method of the operator's choosing, subject to AML and compliance review. ci999 is not obligated to return bonus balances or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. ci999 does not claim to operate under Pakistani law or any Pakistani gambling authorization. Players who access the platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and subject to applicable local law.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact ci999 customer support in writing, describing the nature of the dispute clearly and providing relevant account details. ci999 will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where disputes cannot be resolved through direct communication, they may be referred to the dispute resolution process available under the operator's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under laws applicable to you as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

ci999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ci999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through on-platform notification, email communication or a prominent notice on the Site. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent update.

Continued use of the ci999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform before the amendment takes effect and contact support to arrange account closure if required.
