Our Story
ci999 was created with a single clear objective: to give Pakistani sports fans and casino players an English-language platform that respects their intelligence, protects their data, and delivers a premium betting experience built around local context. From Karachi to Peshawar, ci999 is the platform built for you.
Our Story
ci999 was built by a team of sports enthusiasts and technology professionals who understood one thing very clearly: Pakistani players were underserved. The platforms that existed either ignored the local sports context entirely, operated in languages unfamiliar to most users, or buried their terms and conditions in inaccessible fine print. We set out to change that.
From the very first line of code, ci999 was designed as an English-language platform built specifically around the needs, habits, and expectations of Pakistani users. That means PKR account balances, familiar local payment references — think Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL and Bank Alfalah — and sports content that centres on what Pakistani fans actually follow: Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football leagues, UFC events and live sports in general.
We operate with transparency at the core of everything we do. ci999 does not claim a Pakistani gambling license and makes no assertion of approval from any Pakistani government body, financial institution, or regulatory authority. We believe players deserve to know exactly what they are getting into — so our terms are written in clear English, our bonus conditions are stated plainly, and our responsible gambling tools are prominently accessible, not buried three levels deep in a settings menu.
A team of sports technology professionals identifies a gap in the Pakistan market — no quality English-language betting platform built with local context in mind. The ci999 concept is born.
The mobile-first platform architecture is developed. PKR account infrastructure, local payment-method references and multi-language support (English and Urdu) are integrated from day one.
The sportsbook is built around Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures and ICC tournament markets, alongside football, UFC and global live sports. References to these leagues are sporting context only — no official partnerships are implied.
A full responsible gambling toolkit is embedded into the account system — deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion options — before the platform opens to players.
Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar use ci999 daily for cricket betting, live casino, slots and more.
Who We Are
Everything ci999 does comes back to three commitments: transparency, player protection and delivering a genuinely useful betting experience for Pakistani users.
To deliver a transparent, mobile-first online betting and casino platform built specifically for Pakistani players — with clear English-language content, PKR account support, and player protection tools that are easy to find and simple to use.
A platform where Pakistani sports fans can engage with cricket, PSL, football and live casino in a safe, informed and enjoyable environment — where the terms are honest, the odds are competitive and player wellbeing is genuinely prioritised, not just mentioned in a footer.
We do not hide behind vague terms. ci999's bonus conditions, withdrawal rules, KYC requirements and responsible gambling policies are written in plain English so Pakistani users can make fully informed decisions before they play.
We respect Pakistani culture, local legal context and the diverse communities across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and beyond. ci999 does not pressure users into gambling — every conversion point on the platform is paired with a clear responsible gambling reminder.
Platform Highlights
These are the commitments behind every page, feature and policy on the ci999 platform.
ci999 was designed for smartphones from day one. Whether you're in a Lahore traffic jam or watching a PSL match from Karachi, the platform loads fast and navigates cleanly on any Android or iOS device.
Every session on ci999 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal data, account credentials and transaction history are safeguarded from end to end. We never sell user data to third parties.
Your account is denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no confusing currency conversions. You deposit in PKR, see your balance in PKR, and withdraw in PKR — straightforward from start to finish.
Bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, KYC policies — all written in plain, natural English. No deliberately confusing legal language designed to trap users. If it's important, we say it clearly.
Our support team is online around the clock, ready to assist players across Pakistan. Support is available in both English and Urdu — because we understand that clear communication matters when money is involved.
Deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion are all available directly in your account settings. Player wellbeing is not an afterthought at ci999 — it is built into the platform architecture.

Local Commitment
ci999 is not a generic international platform with a Pakistani flag pasted onto the homepage. Every content decision — from the sports markets we prioritize to the payment-method references in the cashier — is made with the Pakistani player experience in mind.
When Pakistan takes on India in an ICC tournament, the ci999 sportsbook is ready with a full range of markets: Match Winner, Top Batter, Total Runs, Over/Under, Toss Winner and live in-play options. When PSL fixtures are scheduled across Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan, those matches are front and centre on our cricket betting hub. These are sporting context references only — ci999 has no official affiliation with the PCB, PSL or ICC.
On the payments side, ci999's cashier references familiar Pakistani payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — not because we have formal partnerships with these providers, but because we understand which payment rails Pakistani players actually use in their daily financial lives. These providers do not endorse this platform. Users should always check the live cashier for current availability and compliance requirements.
We are equally clear about what ci999 is not. We do not claim a gambling license from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial body. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts certain gambling activities. Players must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation under applicable local law. This is not legal advice — it is our honest disclosure of the situation.
🇵🇰 Cities We Serve: Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar form a major part of our community — and our platform is optimized to perform well on the mobile networks and devices most common across these cities.
💳 Payment Context: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers are mentioned as familiar payment references only. None of these providers endorse, support or affiliate with this platform. Check the live cashier for current availability.
🏏 Sports Context: Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 and ICC tournaments are mentioned as sporting context only. ci999 has no official relationship with PCB, PSL, ICC or any national cricket team.
⚖️ Legal Transparency: ci999 does not hold or claim a Pakistani gambling license. Users are responsible for verifying local legal compliance before participating. Not legal advice.
Player Protection
Responsible gambling is not a footnote on the ci999 platform — it is embedded in our product architecture, our content policy and our team's daily decision-making.
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings. Session time reminders notify you when you have been active for an extended period. These tools are always accessible, never hidden.
If you need a break, ci999 provides self-exclusion tools that allow you to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the platform. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion at any time.
ci999 is strictly for users aged 18 years and above, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification is part of the KYC process. Underage gambling is prohibited.
If gambling is affecting your life negatively, our responsible gambling page provides guidance and links to support resources. Gambling should always be entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to recover losses.
Adults Only. Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. Set limits, take regular breaks and never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Local laws in Pakistan and other jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit online gambling. Users are individually responsible for compliance. Visit our Responsible Gambling page for full guidance.
Now that you know who we are and what we stand for — take a look at the full platform. From Pakistan cricket odds to live casino tables, ci999 has it all built around the Pakistani player experience.
